Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once an order has been processed and dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent with relevant delivery details.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Shipping
NOMA Padel currently ships within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Service.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on location and external factors; however, every effort is made to ensure orders arrive within the stated timeframe.
Delivery Information
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and complete. NOMA Padel cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
